Eucalyptus Honey

Origin and supply

Single-flower honey harvested from eucalyptus blossoms in the highlands of Antananarivo. Seasonal harvest from June to July. Hand-collected by our Malagasy artisan partners.

Product description

100% pure, unpasteurized eucalyptus honey. 300g

Single-flower honey. The bees forage on eucalyptus blossoms, so the notes come entirely from the flowers. Nothing added, no added flavoring, uninfused.

Natural crystallization can occur in liquid honey over time. It is a sign of purity, never a defect.
